Charla is a computational biologist in developing AI methods to predict relapse in early-stage colorectal cancer and identify clinically relevant biomarkers. Her research integrates whole-slide pathology images, multiplex immunofluorescence imaging, and clinical data using multimodal deep learning approaches. She is particularly interested in translating AI and computer vision techniques into tools that support precision oncology and clinical decision-making.
